Simply brilliant from the moment I arrived to moment I got perfect vision. Mr Stevens, Janet and the whole team were so attentive and full of information. The team knew what effect the surgery has and appeared excited for each patient outcome. Everyone has some nerves about this operation, choose Mr Stevens and his team and relax there is no need to worry. Two lots of 30 minute sessions have changed my life. My hobby is shooting and I was worried about how my new vision would work with this hobby. Mr Stevens completely understood my needs in this respect (very knowledgeable about most things it appears) and set my vision to work perfectly in my hobby and every day life. Just cannot recommend My Stevens enough. Finally if you have dry eyes the eye spa session works wonders. Thank you Mr Stevens.

I was very short sighted (-6.5 in both eyes)and had been wearing glasses or contact lenses since 12 years old, I am now over 60! Julian Stevens was recommended and I'm not sure I would have had the courage if someone had not been recommended personally to me. Julian said that he could do both eyes on the same day and I booked in for it at the beginning of December 2019. He did not make fantastic predictions but did say that he thought he could achieve better than I said I was hoping for. Well, as soon as the machine was removed from in front of my right eye (the first one done) I could see better without contact lenses than I could ever remember. After the check-up two days later the tests showed I had 20:20 vision and at the second check-up two months later it is better than 20:20. I am still working at improving my reading vision but it is only the very small print that I have difficulty with and I can see the computer screen better than I could with contact lenses. What a good decision to have Julian Stevens do the procedure he is very informative helpful and also has a lovely sense of humour (not that the sense of humour is essential but is adds something to the experience). Throughout the whole procedure I was kept fully informed and was never left alone. I would completely and thoroughly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Julian Stevens for more than 20 years undergoing corneal repair and ultimately replacement surgery followed by various refraction procedures to improve the vision. Clear explanations and expectations were always given enabling me to trust in his surgical skills, I am thankful for the excellent result and the care I received. Julian Stevens is clearly at the top of his profession but is still driven to improve and I will not hesitate to recommend him.

In 2003 Julian Stevens performed laser surgery on both my eyes. It was a complete success and I could not have been more delighted with the results. Now, 16 years on, I have recently been back to have him remove cataracts in both my eyes. Once again, my sight is rapidly returning, in exactly the way he predicted. I have no doubt that over the next few months it will be completely restored once again. Julian Stevens is both meticulous and business-like, and his entire manner is extremely reassuring. At my recommendation, many of my friends have been treated by him over the years and have had the same success. As a most grateful patient, I happily award him a perfect score.
